ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a driven Junior Recruitment and Onboarding Officer who aligns with our values. You will be working closely with Operations team to ensure recruitment needs are met. We are after an enthusiastic individual who are results-focused and looking to build a career in recruitment.
Some of the responsibilities for this role include:
- Advertising for new positions and reviewing candidates
- Work with the business to educate operations team on recruitment best practice
- Candidate database management and reporting
- Adhering to quality and compliance process
- Delivery of recruitment activities in a range of Local and International markets
- Recruiting for both onshore and offshore projects
- Managing efficiently to volume recruitment
- Coordinate interview scheduling and obtaining interview feedback
- Managing the offer process
- Initial phone interviews, reference checks, and shortlisting of candidates
- Distribution of onboarding documents to successful candidates
- Organising pre-employment medicals, site-specific inductions, and PPE.
- Collection and filing of onboarding documentation
- Keeping Operations team updated on the recruitment progress on a weekly basis
- Manage and work across internal vacancies across the business (Trainee Meat Inspector and AAO Meat Inspector)
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure workforce recruitment are understood to meet start dates for new employees
ABOUT YOU:
You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with all facets of the business. You will need to be a clear communicator, highly organised with strong attention to detail, and an effective team player that can manage competing priorities. To be considered for the role, you will need a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar position.
