Our Disability & Home Care team is nationally registered in the NDIS and HCP sectors, offering comprehensive services and support across all eight states and territories. With a network of over 500 allied health clinicians, we take pride in delivering personalised staffing solutions to both clients and healthcare professionals.

Position Overview:
As a Junior Recruitment Resourcer at AHP, you will play a crucial role in driving candidate attraction, engagement, and retention within our Disability & Home Care division. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with candidates, scheduling shifts, managing inquiries, and contributing to the overall recruitment process.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and attract candidates using various methods to meet job requirements.
  • Identify suitable candidates for Disability & Home Care vacancies.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for candidate engagement and recruitment activities.
  • Network and advertise to attract potential candidates.
  • Schedule shifts for employees and monitor shift availability.
  • Match candidate skills appropriately with vacancies and negotiate contracts.
  • Address general inquiries related to contracts, payroll, and logistics.
  • Stay updated with job boards and social networks to identify talent.
  • Maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team meetings and planning sessions.
  • Accurately record candidate information in the recruitment database.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements.

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration roles.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience in Healthcare or Disability sectors is advantageous.
