Position Overview:
As a Junior Recruitment Resourcer at AHP, you will play a crucial role in driving candidate attraction, engagement, and retention within our Disability & Home Care division. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with candidates, scheduling shifts, managing inquiries, and contributing to the overall recruitment process.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and attract candidates using various methods to meet job requirements.
- Identify suitable candidates for Disability & Home Care vacancies.
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs for candidate engagement and recruitment activities.
- Network and advertise to attract potential candidates.
- Schedule shifts for employees and monitor shift availability.
- Match candidate skills appropriately with vacancies and negotiate contracts.
- Address general inquiries related to contracts, payroll, and logistics.
- Stay updated with job boards and social networks to identify talent.
- Maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to team meetings and planning sessions.
- Accurately record candidate information in the recruitment database.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements.
- Empathetic and passionate about working with vulnerable communities.
- High energy and strong work ethic.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration roles.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Great customer service attitude and initiative.
- Experience in Healthcare or Disability sectors is advantageous.
