- Strata Administration ad-hoc duties
- Manage repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
- Full training will be provided. 1 on 1 support before taking over portfolio
- Strata admin or real estate/property management experience desirable and/or must have a genuine interest and transferable skills/qualifications
- A great can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
- Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation along with excellent written and verbal communication
