Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Organizing meetings, making travel arrangements, and assisting with diary management.
- Maintaining and organizing electronic files.
- Communicating and liaising with clients and other third parties.
- Collaborating closely with the Senior Secretary to support the daily operations of the practice.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks within the group.
- Proven previous Administration experience
- Impeccable time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
