Your Core Responsibilities:
- Help with interpret architectural and structural plans with precision.
- Execute and manage project timelines meticulously.
- Leverage project management software to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines, proactively communicating any scope changes.
- Maintain the critical path, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Uphold a positive, solution-oriented mindset throughout the project lifecycle.
What Makes You Ideal for the Role:
- A completed or near completed Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher)
- A passion for working on civil construction sites or the drive to want the experience of working in such an environment
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills, commercial acumen and creative thinking
- Diligence, excellent time management and ability to working in a team or without supervision
- In-depth understanding of construction techniques, materials, and legal regulations.
