Mining Engineer

We have opportunities available for Underground Mining Engineers. We work with Tier 1 Asset Owners, Consultancies and Contractors.

The Role
KCA Site Services have opportunities for Mining Engineers.
Graduate Engineers will work a 2/1 Roster and all other roles are 8/6 Rosters, FIFO from Perth to the Goldfields Region with some roles offering relocation packages if you're residing outside of WA. At this stage we can only consider applicants that are currently residing in Australia.

Scope
General scope of work will include underground mine design, scheduling, planning, process mapping and optimisation strategy. We're ideally looking for individuals that have underground mining experience in Australia, have strong written & verbal communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to their work.
Requirements

• Must currently reside in and have full working rights in Australia
• Must have a Tertiary Qualification in Mine Engineering
• Exposure to underground mining in Australia
• Exposure to hard rock mining methods
• Knowledge and exposure to various commodities - Gold, Nickel, Copper, Cobalt mining and production
• Strong software skills and exposure to Deswick, Surpac, Ventsim is ideal
