Your Role as a Junior Site Foreperson
Our client is seeking a general labourer who is keen to learn and hardworking.
Your responsibilities in the role will encompass:

• Packing & wrapping joinery
• Quality assessment of installed stone and joinery
• Loading trucks when needed
• Maintenance of site conditions
• Onboarding of labour hire
• Coordinating deliveries
• Managing sub-contractor's
• Installing stone benchtops
• Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2 years' experience as a general labourer
• A good work ethic (attitude over aptitude)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Driven
• Punctual
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Physical stamina for an 8-hour workday
• Willingness to travel to various site locations across Melbourne.
