Junior Solicitor

Luminous Legal is looking for a graduate or Junior Solicitor (ideally with one (1) year of experience), to work in our busy firm located in Ashfield (within walking distance from Ashfield Station). The position is a full-time position and the successful candidate is expected to commence work as soon as possible and/or immediately.
The role will variably involve working in the following areas of law:
Commercial Law;
Family Law;
Property Law; and
Criminal Law.
Your duties will include legal research, drafting legal documents and correspondence, filing court documents, file management, general administrative duties and assisting our senior solicitors as required.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:—
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong legal research and analytical skills;
Keen attention to detail;
Good organisation skills;
Good time management skills; and
A willingness to learn.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
