Simon Diab & Associates is a dynamic, boutique legal practice based in Parramatta for over 24 years. The practice covers the spectrum of Family Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal cases, Property transactions, Commercial drafting, Immigration, Probate and Wills.
The firm has a reputation for honesty, excellence and diligent representation of our client’s interests.
Our small team is highly motivated to present client’s cases with a high degree of competence.
About the role
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Have at least 2 years post admission experience;
- A desire to work in a small specialist firm;
- Be organised & driven to run their own cases to a high standard;
- Experienced in attending to court work including First Return Date, Interim Applications, Motions, Conciliation Conference and Mediation or a willingness to learn.
- Pride in the quality of their work;
- High level written and verbal communication skills;
- Effective time management skills;
- A Team player;
- Respect and rapport with clients and be able to manage different personalities or situations;
- Previous experience in the areas of law practiced by the Firm.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with skills/experience.
