Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate
Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen and work alongside our incredible high-performing team.To be successful in this role you should:
- Be experienced in Grill, Pan and banqueting service
- Demonstrate a high level of responsibility within a kitchen brigade (experience working within a hotel environment is highly regarded)
- Work in conjunction with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guests
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and related outlets
- Lead employees by setting a positive example
- Maintain excellent presentation standards
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
- Experience in a similar role, within Grill, Pan and banqueting kitchen
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a diverse team
- Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams
- A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
- Full Australian working rights
