Gimlet is thrilled to announce that we are looking for someone to join team of industry leaders at Gimlet. We are currently seeking to find a Junior Sous Chef – full time reporting to the Sous Chef/Head Chef. detail.

 Main Responsibilities:

 ·         Menu Development, planning and costing

·         Food Production and Quality control

·         Supervision, Productivity and Morale of staff

·         Purchasing and Supply

·         Hygiene and Food Safety

Requirements

·         Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience

·         Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.

 Salary

·         $70,000 to $80,000 base salary offered. 

• Flexible hours available
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Work visa can be provided for this role
• Expected start date for role: 15 June 2024
• Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
