Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as CDP.
- Previous experience in a casual-fine dining kitchen.
- Experience with South American cuisine would be differential.
- Experience in pastry.
- Knowledge of stock control and ordering.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Food safety certificates.
- Certificate III or IV in commercial cookery.
- Focussed and able to follow directions.
- An understanding of service skills and the ability to prioritise our people.
- Adaptable and keen to learn.
- Capable of building effective relationships with staff.
