Junior Tax Accountant - Hope Island Location

Leading CA firm based on the Gold Coast invites an up and coming Accountant to join their winning Tax / Business Services team

The Company
Our Client is a reputable and growing accounting firm located in the vibrant Gold Coast region of Queensland, Australia. They specialize in providing tailored accounting solutions to a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to high-net-worth individuals.
They are a four Partner firm with 38 staff and are showing no signs of slowing down, they are being approached by new clients on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports for clients
• Assist in tax planning and compliance for individuals and businesses
• Collaborate with team members on accounting and advisory projects
• Provide exceptional service to clients and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of accounting experience at a Tax Accounting firm
• Knowledge of Australian tax regulations and accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
