PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To organise appointments, maintain
records and administration & other
tasks under supervision, whilst
providing an exceptional standard
of care to patients of NPA Family
and Community services
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability and willingness to learn as a
Receptionist.
Good Customer Service Skills.
Well-developed knowledge and skills
in the use of computers.
Demonstrated patient-focused
approach in service provision with
genuine empathy and interest in
their needs.
Well presented, reliable and punctual.
This position is required to hold
a Blue Card and the successful
applicant must have a current
Blue Card prior to commencing.
