We are looking for a Junior Receptionist to take on this rewarding opportunity in our Brisbane office on a full-time basis.
About The Role
The primary functions of this role will see you:
- Welcoming employees, clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meeting rooms as needed.
- Assist in the organisation, coordination of corporate functions and events.
- Maintaining a well organised, fully stocked and tidy office.
- Providing ad-hoc assistance to the Operations Manager.
- Champion QIB workplace experience programs, assist in driving the coordination of various workplace activities and events

About You
Working as part of a team, the right candidate must display the following attributes:

- The ability to communicate effectively to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A friendly and pro-active personality; someone who goes out of their way to see what needs to be done and completes tasks in an efficient and organised manner
- Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to complete junior reception tasks such as greeting visitors, answering the phone, setting up for meetings, making coffee and general filing.
