Junior Workshop Administrator

We are looking for a Junior Workshop Administrator to join our expanding Workshop Team. You will assist with the daily transport operations of the business performing administration tasks. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in our business. This role doesn't require any experience in the industry, We are willing to training anyone with the right attitude irrespective of their experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day administration such as data entry, record keeping, ordering parts and supplies.
• Daily completion of Purchase Orders and invoice reconciliations to PO’s 
• Monitoring stock levels
• Stock & parts coordination and management
• Answering internal and external enquiries 
• Coordinating with mechanics and suppliers
• Other duties as required.
