About the role
This is an opportunity for an innovative, talented, and caring Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and engaging work environment that fosters diversity, wellbeing, and professional growth.
The Teachers Assistant will support Junior Campus (K-6) students with specific learning needs and take an active role in mainstream classrooms supporting students across a range of learning areas. They will be an exemplary role model for students and deliver quality teaching and learning experiences that develop students as extraordinary learners.
About you
The successful applicant will have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant (or higher) and/or completed or currently undertaking qualifications in Education and/or Teacher's Assistant certificates.
We are seeking an inspiring and enthusiastic educator who will have the ability to engage students, place emphasis on student wellbeing and knowing each child entrusted in their care. They will also be proficient with teaching and supporting literacy and numeracy in the classroom and integrating technology into their practices.
You will be a team player and display excellent communication and relationship building skills whilst working in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Successful applicants will have a willingness and capacity to actively engage in the co-curricular and pastoral care programs at the School.
