A fantastic full time, permanent role has come up for a Key Account Aftersales Representativeto join our Hazelmere Team.
In this role you will:
- Drive customer loyalty with a dedicated focus on Key Accounts.
- Manage the parts function (and extended offerings) of the relevant business entity's profitably and to service the parts needs of the company and Retail Customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enhance the customer experience and value offered in assisting with the efficient and timely supply of parts.
- Support customers with product and service offerings through regular engagement and site visits.
- Achieve and exceed annual financial operating targets for revenue and gross margin.
- Liaise with Parts management team to ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity for the Parts Team.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated skills and a real passion for managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies.
- Confidence in successfully managing, developing and growing parts sales.
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information.
- Experience in managing Budgets (Capital and Revenue).
- Enjoy conducting formal presentations to dealers, clients and management teams.
- Intermediate level of Parts interpreting in the truck/transport industry.
