The position is suited to applicants with existing residential lending finance experience. Training on systems is available, however to have a quicker impact with remuneration it is highly preferred that you have AFG Flex experience.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- At least 12 month’s experience in mortgage broking or home lending
- A laser focus on customer service - assisting people with lending
- The ability to cross sell other financial services that will assist clients
- A strong customer service orientated sale acumen
- Intermediate to high lending analytical skills Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated/goal driven Hardworking and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Be organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility in working hours
Tasks & responsibilities
- Loan writing of in house leads
- Self generation of own leads through networks and centers of influence
- Ability to take over a client referral through superior relationship management
- Proficiency in the operation of the AFG Flex system (preferred but training can be provided).
