Role Overview: We are in search of a dynamic Key Account Manager to spearhead our Mining & Industrial Sales division. This role is designed for a professional who not only has a solid background in mining, workshop, and Industrial Sales but also harbours a genuine passion for the industry. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the products utilized on mine sites and will be instrumental in fostering relationships with our Key Accounts, driving sales growth, and overseeing the successful rollout of new products and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts in the mining and industrial sectors, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Travel semi-regularly to mine sites and industrial locations to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Lead the implementation of new contracts and product rollouts, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with client expectations.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on the selection and utilization of products, enhancing their operations and efficiency.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the Mining & Industrial Sales team.
- Advocate for the values and mission of Woollahra Group, promoting our commitment to supporting Indigenous communities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the mining, workshop, and industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of products used on mine sites and in industrial applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel semi-regularly to client sites across Western Australia.
- Passion for the mining industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to the promotion of Indigenous businesses and communities.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
