As the KAM, you will be responsible to oversee existing accounts while fostering stronger
connections. Your role will be instrumental in executing our sales strategy and boosting
company revenue. Within DBM(Retail) team, you are expected to embody our values and
promote a culture of high performance and engagement. This role will be integral to the
Sales team, contributing to business efficiency and continuity.
Roles and Responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
• Maintain and fortify existing customer relationships.
• Understand each client's unique service model requirements to ensure seamless
customer experiences.
• Conduct market mapping and analyse competitor’s sales strategies and clientele.
• Facilitate smooth transitions by leading the onboarding process for new clients.
• Expand our client base by executing sales strategies.
• Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with other teams—such as Estimating, Customer Service, and
Operations—to deliver personalized service to DBM clients.
• Increase brand awareness through site visits, participation in sales-focused events,
and seminars.
• Resolve disputes regarding customer invoices and other issues as needed.
• Regularly communicate with suppliers to obtain current pricing schedules and
understand available product ranges.
• Provide pricing information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients to facilitate the purchasing process.
• Develop a pipeline for building a new customer base.
