This is a Permanent Full-time role.

Catch supports Hybrid working – which means a mix of working remote and in our 699 Collins Street Head office

What you’ll be doing

What does a normal day in the life of a Key Account Manager (Strategic) look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

  • Build on and execute a strategic account plan that delivers key business opportunities for the seller and Catch.
  • Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and onboarding teams.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the seller’s current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data. 
  • Work with the Category Managers and business development teams to execute and support the overall category strategy.
  • Coordinate Category product approvals and seller's escalated customer disputes.
  • Liaise with the Curation and Compliance Team on category product catalogue expansion.
  • Work with the Seller Performance team on monitoring and improving the seller and customer experience.
  • Liaise with Seller Performance Management and Customer Support teams to assist seller operations.
  • Manage the seller relationship by championing the seller’s needs at Catch. Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller’s organisation, set expectations, provide clear status communications, and work towards a growth plan.

The skills you'll have

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a retail and/or eCommerce business in either operations, account management or customer service role. Experience working to sales target.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within Trade.
  • Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills).
  • Strong reporting skills and results orientated.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding value to customers.
  • An eye for detail and solutions-based outlook - find the issue and fix the situation.
  • Enthusiasm for online shopping - we love working at Catch, we think you will too!
  • Prioritisation skills - manage your workload in a sensible and efficient manner
