Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or any other related major
  • Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector or a related field
  • Experience in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Familiarity with student recruitment processes and strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, clients, and stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills to pitch services or products to potential clients
  • Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and potential clients
  • Ability to attend conferences, seminars, and networking events to generate leads and build partnerships
  • Some experience with sales and negotiation skills to close deals and secure partnerships with clients
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Strategic mindset to develop and implement Business Development plans and strategies
  • Proficiency in project management techniques to manage multiple client relationships and initiatives simultaneously
