You'll manage relationships, develop business, and provide sales training to boost sales and profitability, all while ensuring excellent products and service for our partners.This is a full-time permanent position, working remotely in Sydney, NSW.You will be responsible for:Managing and developing strong relationships with Intrepid's key partners.Identifying new sales opportunities.Working collaboratively with a variety of departments (from Customer Service, to Marketing, Technology & everything in between) to communicate partner needs and expectations.Working towards achieving company and partner goals simultaneously.Preparing reports on sales and status while managing budgets with the partner and the company - forecasting and tracking important metrics.Representing Intrepid at industry events.Some of the experience and skills you'll bring with you are:2+ years in Account Management or a similar roleAn aptitude for sales and spotting business opportunitiesAnalytical and an accomplished problem-solverConfidence in discussing and presenting key statistics and informationExcellent public speaking, training & communication skillsExcellent knowledge of Intrepid products & our destinationsA strong network within the Australian Travel IndustryYou'll have the ability to inspire and influence others, being people-centric you'll be customer-obsessed and build relationships easily.
