You must be dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated to work alongside our professional team in a privately owned large long day care setting. Our Centre hours are 6:30am – 6:30pm.
You will be supported by dedicated management and educators who are committed to continual improvement! Training and mentoring is embedded in our culture.
We are offering a full-time position in 4-Year-Old Kindergarten.
A passionate teacher (Graduate or experienced) is required. Someone who is able to support and mentor their team. Someone who is happy to share their experience and knowledge with others and can drive a high quality program. Excellent communication skills to liaise with families and co-educators. Responsibilities include:
- To embrace and implement the Early Years Learning Framework and to ensure that the service maintains standards as outlined in the NQS.
- Develop & evaluate a quality Kindergarten program that meets each child's interest and individual learning needs.
- Monitor and document children's learning and development.
- Plan and implement exciting stimulating activities that promote children's learning.
- Nurturing and providing a safe and home-like environment for all children.
- Following the child safe standards

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of early childhood education
- VIT registered (provisional is ok)
- Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma Management & Anaphylaxis, Child Protection Training
- Sound understanding of EYLF & NQS
