The Role
Abervale Retirement Village, located in Grovedale, is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and reliable Kitchen Assistant on a permanent Part-Time Basis.
Reporting the Village Manager, your duties will include:
- Help with food preparation
- Cleaning and upkeep of work station to food safety standards
- Set up dining area and serve meals to residents
- Cleaning dishes and the dining area
Your Background
- Experience in a Café or Restaurant food operations.
- Be able to multitask and work unsupervised.
- Have a strong customer-service focus
Shifts
- 11AM-2PM - Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
- Some extra hours may be required occasionally
