• Hands on operational kitchen role
• Menu development and production
• Superior quality control and service
• Financial and management control
• Staff supervision, training and development
• Motivation, productivity and attention to detail
• Purchasing and stock control
• OH&S
• Strict Hygiene and food safety controls

About You :

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a QSR environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Qualified Chef
