What You'll Do
Our Kitchen Manager will be responsible for running kitchen operations, including:
- Overseeing the preparation and delivery of nutritional meals and snacks;
- Planning menus and meeting clients dietary requirements
- Adhering to our high level of food presentation;
- Budgeting, ordering and stocktake;
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness;
- Maintaining compliance of our Class 1 Kitchen
- Managing, training and supporting our kitchen team members.
About you – Essential Criteria
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef or similar
- Experience in managing kitchen staff and coordinating food orders
- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in safety protocols and Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety (WHS)
- Intermediate use of Office 365 programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Current and valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to successfully obtain a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check
