Shadowboxer is a small bar and restaurant based in South Yarra. We seat roughly 60 people, and pride ourselves on our exceptional food and cocktails, both of which highlight Australian ingredients, wine makers and distillers. We are a small close team and looking for someone who wants to be apart of the business long term. For the right person, there is the opportunity for equity in the business, as we want our core staff to benefit from the success of the business.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have strong management and cocktail making experiance
Tasks & responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of the bar, including: -Stock take of liqour and Beer -coctail menu creation -Opening and closing of restaurant - Working with the Floor manager to ensure the best service is being provided to all patrons
Benefits
- -Overtime paid for any hours worked above 40 in a week -Salary review after three months, with scope for additional responsibilities and renumeration.
