Responsibilities :
- Hands on operational kitchen role
- Menu development and production
- Superior quality control and service
- Financial and management control
- Staff supervision, training and development
- Motivation, productivity and attention to detail
- Purchasing and stock control
- OH&S
- Strict Hygiene and food safety controls
About You :
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a QSR environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
