The role
The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining the back of house kitchen to the best level of operations by keeping the areas presentable and organised.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Kitchen Steward team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- High level of operations using various types of commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment/machines.
- Organising all the kitchen equipment for service, manually cleaning, polishing a variety of surfaces and store all utensils, cookware.
- Clearing rubbish bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surface.
You'll bring the following:
- Experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instruction and adapt to competing demands
- Organisational and communication skills
To be successful, you'll be able to:
- Flexibility to work a 7-day week rotating roster including nights and weekends
- Must have Australian Working Rights and Full-time availability
