About this opportunity:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our close-knit Kitchen Logistics team as a full-time Kitchen Logistics Team Member.
Working in a world-class facility, delivering Extraordinary events, you will play an essential role in the operation of our Culinary team. You will:
Undertake bulk washing of all cutlery, crockery, kitchen equipment and glassware;
Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen anddishwasher areas;
Clean and sanitise all food storage areas, cool rooms, freezers, ovens and other equipment;
Be responsible for the safe removal of rubbish and recycling of both wet and dry kitchen waste;
Be responsible for the safe transport of clearing stations around kitchen and service areas;
Operate a large scale flight dishwasher, ensuring machine is running properly at all times;
Complete cleaning schedules within ICC Sydney as instructed by Supervisors.

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar role desirable;
Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment;
A team player, always willing to help others with a positive attitude;
Working rights in Australia;
Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster, involving day, evening and weekend work.
