Kitchenhand

At Alzheimer's Queensland (AQ) the quality of the living environment within its homes is a key element to providing quality care.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kitchenhand on a casual basis to join our dedicated team at Garden City Aged Care Servcies in Upper Mt Gravatt. At our residential facility, staff can be multiskilled and pick up additional shifts across Housekeeping, and Laundry if you wish.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have some kitchenhand experience ideally in an aged care or similar workplace with high workplace health and safety standards. You must have excellent time management skills with ability to prepare food with love for our resident. The kitchen hand will work a variety of shifts during week days and weekends. 

You will be willing to work in a team and have an abundance of patience, smiles and a compassionate nature when interacting with our residents. We strive to provide our staff with a happy and supportive work environment where your career in the Aged Care sector is nurtured and continues to grow.
