What you’ll do?
Equifax A/NZ is on a transformation journey where we will combine a configurable data fabric with a multi cloud strategy, to deliver streamlined access to our data via standardised API’s, and an unmatched level of security.
The Knowledge Management Consultant will work across cross functional teams to review and develop work instructions, process maps, standard operating procedures, FAQ’s and other knowledge artifacts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, simplicity and user objectives are achieved. This person is also responsible for mapping operational processes and supporting the creation of training materials, ensuring all knowledge content is available to the audience in a centralised repository with the appropriate governance implemented. .
What are we looking for?
3-5 years’ experience as a technical writer creating operational documents for multiple audiences – making complex processes easy to understand
Proven experience working on multiple simultaneous projects and delivering on time and on budget
Experience implementing a Knowledge Management strategy
Strong stakeholder management skills – able to communicate with all levels and work in cross functional teams
Confident, articulate and professional communication style
Must have valid and unrestricted working rights in Australia
What could set you apart?
Certified in Change Management, Process Mapping or Lean Six Sigma
Experience in using IBM Blueworks Live
