Your new role
Are you passionate about optimizing workforce management systems? Do you have a knack for maintaining and fine-tuning Kronos setups? We're looking for a dedicated Kronos Specialist to join our team and ensure seamless operation of our workforce management processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance, and administrative and help desk support to the business and the payroll team on payroll related matters
- Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee related personal information
- Maintain Kronos Function Access Profile
- Maintain Kronos setup in alignment with Award and EA provisions, adapting to changes as needed.
- Writing EAs interpretation design documents, Testing and deployment including site training.
- Monitor and enhance interfaces between Preceda, Kronos, and Fieldglass, actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate setup of all employees in Kronos, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with biometric clocks to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
Your skills and experience
- Proficiency in Kronos system administration, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Experience in maintaining functional departmental budgets.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive results.
