Talent International have partnered with one of the fastest growing Managed Service Providers in Australia to find their next Level 2 Technical Support Engineer (Network Engineer) to join their growing team. The position involves providing IT Support to some of the biggest Hotel Brands in Sydney.
The position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to travel and wants to escape the laborious hours in the office and loves working in IT. The position requires a strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and security concepts.
Responsibilities Include:
Technical Support:
- Respond to escalated technical issues and provide timely and effective resolution.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex networking, switching, and firewall problems.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support and other teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
Networking Expertise:
- Configure and maintain networking equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform network analysis and implement solutions to enhance network efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in networking.
Customer Interaction:
- Communicate technical solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
