Primary Objective of the Position:
Performing as an integral part of a team in the analysis of water samples to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025: General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.

Laboratory Services is a NATA accredited facility providing a range of chemical and microbiological testing services for public and private customers across Far North Queensland.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A certificate in Laboratory Techniques, or relevant chemistry related science qualification or equivalent from a recognised educational institution. Or at least one (1) year’s Laboratory Assistant experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work co-operatively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory safety and chemical hazards or ability to acquire.
- Has excellent customer service.
