The Role
As a CSV Engineer reporting to the Validation Manager you will:
Prepare and execute CSV validation protocols and reports
Maintain the validated state of the computerised systems
Provide support in computer-based improvements and changes
Perform risk assessments
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to be results driven, energetic and a practical self-starter with the following attributes:
Tertiary qualified in either Science, Computers, Engineering or equivalent
Previous experience ( 2 years) in validation (Pharmaceutical / Veterinary industry)
Experience in writing, reviewing, and executing CSV qualification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & strong computer skills
Good working knowledge of GMP
Understanding of industry guidelines related to computerised systems like GAMP 5
Ability to drive and co-ordinate activities

General Hand - Poultry (Location: Glenorie, NSW)
The Role
We are seeking general hands to be responsible for all stages of the chicken lifecycle as well as the buildings in which the birds are kept. Key responsibilities include:
Handling of eggs, incubation and hatching
Care of chicks and birds
Harvest birds for vaccine production
Clean, decontaminate and maintenance of bird houses and equipment
Record-keeping
Skills & Requirements

Hatchery Team Leader (location: Glenorie, NSW)
The Role
As Hatchery Team Leader, you will be responsible for the incubation and hatching of eggs and rearing chicks until they are ready to be transferred into the vaccine manufacturing building. Although small scale by poultry industry standards the requirements to keep the chickens free of contamination is an additional challenge.
Responsibilities
Maintain properly functioning chicken incubation, hatching & rearing facilities
Maintain a well organised and properly trained workforce
Maintaining biosecurity & ensure GMP compliance
Roster of hatchery and rearing workload on a weekly basis
Assist hands-on with daily tasks in the facilities
Skills & Experience
Poultry experience necessary
Brooding and hatching experience (desirable)
Proven problem solver and troubleshooter
Team player (leadership experience desirable)

About the Role
This is a hands-on role, for a laboratory technician to work in our media preparation area which involves media production stages for the manufacturing of live veterinary vaccines.
Responsibilities
Perform large scale sterile media preparation and filtration in a sterile graded room
Prepare and operate laboratory equipment such as pH meters & peristaltic pumps
Autoclave media loads
Inventory control of raw materials used
Complete production paperwork
Skills & Experience
Aseptic laboratory technique
Experience working in a GMP/sterile manufacturing environment (advantageous)
Tertiary qualification (advantageous) or equivalent commercial experience

About the Role
In this hands-on role you will supervise and coordinate the warehouse for storage of goods for Veterinary Vaccine Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations in the warehouse and inventory
Ensure goods are receipted and controlled appropriately
Release items to production and/or 3rd parties
Supervision of warehouse staff
Pick, pack goods for distribution to internal and/or external customers/service providers
Skills & Experience
Own transport
Forklift licence (high reach)
