We're seeking expressions of interest for the role of Land Access Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the success of major fibre projects. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for managing Land Access issues, securing necessary permissions, and fostering positive relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Land Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring land rights and easements necessary for fibre optic projects.
2. Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure access agreements and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
3. Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits related to Land Access and use.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with landowners, community leaders, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and mitigate potential challenges.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with Land Access, including legal, environmental, and community relations risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Environmental Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in land acquisition, real estate negotiations, or related fields, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of land use regulations, permitting processes, and environmental considerations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and stakeholder meetings.
