With two significant residential projects currently under construction, Gamuda Land Australia is seeking a qualified Project Administrator to assist its Project, Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
This newly created role supports Gamuda Land Australia across a range of tasks including invoicing, payments, budgets, reporting, defect management, leasing and general admin. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the project, sales, and marketing teams. This is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in property development whilst honing their project management and administrative skills.
Requirements
- Qualifications in accounting, finance, business or architecture, engineering, valuation or other property related fields
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
