Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in Surveying, Architecture, or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of local or international experience in the field
- Australian work visa / Australian residency required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience with Leica Viva/Captivate Robotic Total Stations
- Experience with either CivilCAD, or AutoCAD preferred
- Reliable with a 'can-do' attitude and an eye for detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct field-based survey work for building set-outs, peg-out boundaries, contour & detail surveys, and Australian Height Datum (AHD) surveys
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and professionals for cadastral and Surveying requirements, offering insights and suggestions as needed
- Reviewing, collecting, and analyse Survey data and conducting relevant calculations using AutoCAD, CivilCAD, and Magnet Office
- Prepare Deposited Plans for small to large residential subdivisions and Strata/Community Title Plans for unit developments using AutoCAD, CivilCAD, and Magnet
