Key Requirements:
Certificate III in Landscape Construction (desirable) or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in both hard and soft landscaping techniques.
Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Excellent reporting and administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience mentoring and supervising apprentices.
Manual driver's license (desirable) and preferably MR license.
Experience operating heavy machinery such as bobcats and excavators.

Safely operating heavy machinery and overseeing their use on-site.
