We pride ourselves on delivering excellence in every project and are in search of a dedicated Landscape Gardener and Maintenance Specialist who shares our commitment to quality and has a genuine love for the great outdoors.
Your Role:
As part of our dynamic team, your workweek will span from Monday to Friday, with early starts. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Precision landscape gardening and groundskeeping, with a strong focus on detail.
- Utilizing your skills in reticulation for repairs and maintenance.
- Efficient operation of mowers, brush cutters, and other landscaping equipment.
- Maintenance of clear communication, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Demonstrating a proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in physical tasks.
- General gardening maintenance tasks, including weeding, mulching, pruning, and more, following company instructions.
- Operation of light and motorized equipment in accordance with training and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensuring site safety and compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Location: The role is based in Osborne Park, requiring punctuality for picking up the company trailer and adherence to session schedules.
What We Require:
- Proven experience in landscape gardening and maintenance.
- A construction induction safety certificate (White Card).
- A current manual Australian driver's license, with a C Class WA Driver's Licence being ideal.
- Horticulture qualifications are preferred.
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and professional conduct.
- A commitment to safety and a clean work environment.
- Desirable qualifications include a Pest Technician Licence, MR truck license, Chain saw ticket, and First Aid Certificate among others.
