POSITION: ReNew Team Leader (Part Time/Full Time)
As a ReNew Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising our team members and ensuring the delivery of services at the highest standard. If you have a passion for Garden Maintenance, relevant industry experience, and a commitment to fostering positive social impact, we want to hear from you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering gardening and property maintenance services
- Ensuring the quality of work aligns with ReNew's processes and standards
- Providing on-the-job training and guidance to Youth Employees
- Exercising discretion and expertise in your role
- Monitoring workflow, setting priorities, and maintaining high work standards
- Offering expert advice and support to employees and volunteers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in garden or property maintenance
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse groups, including individuals with disabilities and mental health issues
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
- High level of personal work standards and physical fitness
- Enjoyment of outdoor work
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- White card/Police clearance
- Driver’s license
- Working With Children Check
- Candidates with Chainsaw Ticket or reticulation experience will be highly regarded.
- Softscaping experience, Basic Traffic Management Ticket, experience in working with at-risk youth or previous Team Leader experience also desireable
