Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 yrs Landscape/ Horticulture experience. Competent Skid Steer and mini excavation experience an advantage. Sound communication skills, ability to work with minimal supervision. A car license is essential.
- Knowledge and motivation of the industry a must. A solid understanding of OH&S policies.
Tasks & responsibilities
- All areas of Commercial and large residential Landscape construction
- Regular Skid steer and mini excavation operation
- Able to work as part of an experienced team with the ability to bring improved methods and motivation
- Reliable and prompt attendance is critical
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
- Local Newcastle/Lower Hunter projects only. Paid travel to work sites from depot. Predominantly 38 Hr working week. Bi Annual Performance based bonus.
