The Role
We are currently supporting a school in Perth's south who are looking for a Languages Teacher to commence in Term 3, initially on a 6 month contract. If you are a German language teacher your application will be highly regarded though other Language teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and development
- Hold TRBWA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a valid working Visa.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum and teaching standards
- Proven experience teaching in a classroom setting (Graduates are welcome)
- Ability to provide professional references
