We are recruiting for Large Format retail managers to take on this incredible opportunity in Chirnside Park! You must be a dynamic leader who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get hands on alongside team to ensure success in their business.
As the Store Manager you will oversee all day to day operations of the store, including rostering, inventory management, visual merchandising and mentoring your team. Use your sound business knowledge to generate growth and success in both the store and team, and be able to create a memorable customer experience in store.
What you can bring to the role:
- Previous management experience - preferably from Supermarket or a Large Format background
- Strong business acumen - including managing P&L reporting, rostering and wage budgets, inventory management and visual merchandising
- Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to delegate and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to lead and inspire your team
- Drive to lead a successful store
- Physical skills to help manage huge deliveries and the warehouse out back!
