Use your sound business knowledge to generate growth and success in both the store and team, and be able to create a memorable customer experience in store.What you can bring to the role:
- Previous management experience - preferably from Supermarket or a Large Format background
- Strong business acumen - including managing P&L reporting, rostering and wage budgets, inventory management and visual merchandising
- Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to delegate and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to lead and inspire your team
- Drive to lead a successful store
- Physical skills to help manage huge deliveries and the warehouse out back!
