WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
At ELLUA Skin & Laser, we uphold the highest standards while maintaining a people-centered approach. Our goal is for every person who visits our clinics to depart feeling and looking their best.
For this role you will need:
- Formal beauty qualifications: Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty, or and Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science
- Outstanding customer service: Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service and dedication to reaching sales goals.
- Professionalism: Being punctual, well-organized, impeccably groomed.
- Commitment to Growth: A passion to learn and develop yourself both personally and professionally
To be a successful applicant:
You are as passionate about laser & skin as we are and must hold a Diploma of Beauty. You believe in the industry and will promote our services and pride yourself on making our customers feel great
In addition, you will have;
- Superior customer service
- Be a well presented and confident team player who is results driven.
- Strong consultation skills and the ability to perform laser hair removal, laser skin treatments and/ or advanced skin treatments
- Tailoring personalized skin care programs for transformative results
- Expanding your clientele and collaborating for clinic success
- Available to work weekends and late night trade on Thursdays & Public Holidays
