Our Real Estate lawyers have experience guiding clients through the entire life cycle of Corporate Real Estate structures, including initial structure selection, tax optimization, creation of the vehicle, fundraising, purchase, and asset or project management, as well as exit strategy.
Qualifications
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate to join our Corporate team in Sydney, Commonwealth qualified NQ - 3 PQE (UK notional) with sound experience working in Real Estate transactions;
In order to provide our outstanding client service, we need to understand, anticipate and fulfil the needs and expectations of each of our clients. We are therefore looking for an Associate who is:
- Enthusiastic, emotionally intelligent and demonstrates a keen interest in our clients' businesses;
- Recognised as producing innovative and commercial solutions for their clients;
- Pro-active in identifying issues and able to work with clients in solving them;
- Able to engender confidence in clients and collaborate with them;
- Understand how to deliver a transaction to clients that meets their objective in a time critical manner; and
- Demonstrate excellent managerial skills for client relationships and the ability to deepen and enhance existing relationships.
